The staff were very very helpful, the breakfast was sensational and everything was perfect. The room we got was spotlessly clean and beautiful with a very comfy bed. Central location not far from main eating places and beach, it was in a domestic area.

The room was perfectly clean, with tea/coffee making facilities, a lovely big bathroom, as example, slept really well. We had an electric kettle, fridges, and glassware. The location was quiet and ideal, to everything you 'd need. Preston Sands was 500 metres from the hotel.

Have spent our 2 nights here really good, it was exactly what we had in mind. We stayed in the double room and greatly enjoyed it. The location was peaceful for walking around a grand old Victorian pier.

The breakfast was great and excellant and the place was tidy. The staff were fantastic and amicable all the time. The location was perfect and unbeatable, very close to the town centre, the sea front and Victoria Park. Also, a grand old Victorian pier was within walking distance.

totally a fantastic experience. the room was very clean and equipped with coffee/tea making facilities and hairdryer. when i arrived the host was perfect. you will be about a 5-minute drive from paignton sands. full english breakfast had a wide array of options, like coffee and tea.

Free parking and delicious breakfast. The large twin room we were given had a multi-channel television, a study table and a tea/coffee maker. After the arrival, we met owner, who was AMAZING. We were surprised by the private garden too. We really loved to have evening drinks at Isaac Merritt, based nearby.
